As a serial entrepreneur, I acquired decades of experience in building culture in corporate environments and in coaching teams to be the best version of themselves. Since leaving that world in 2020, I've selectively worked with organizations who are focused on helping their teammates to develop growth mindsets and to become better leaders. I help corporate clients to create, teach and embody their values, and I work with individuals to craft their own version of extraordinary.
